
Boxman is a 2D side scroller/Top down action game where you, the player, take control of Boxman who is tasked to save the galaxy from a diabolical Diamond that threatens all life in the universe. The gameplay involves the player traversing through a 2D side scroller then when completing level in that perspective the camera would switch to a top down perspective where the player will continue to face new challenges.


My responsibilities involved creating UI elements for the game. Choosing what direction to go regarding appearances, matching designs made by our art director. Worked with out UI implementer to determine the aesthetic of the menu assets and how they'd fit within the game

Here are multiple iterations on dialogue boxes before ultimately going with the one seen in the game. Creating these determined how the rest of the game's assets would eventually look.
